3. Payments & Billing Terms

Fees, commissions, or revenue shares are agreed individually
Payments must be made via approved payment methods
We reserve the right to hold, delay, or refuse transactions if risk, compliance, or fraud concerns arise
Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals may result in service suspension
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:

termination of access
legal recovery actions
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use our services for:
fraudulent or deceptive activities
illegal financial operations
unauthorized payment processing
money laundering or sanctions violations
abuse of payment systems or third-party infrastructure
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Compliance & Verification

undergo verification (KYC/KYB) when required
provide supporting documentation upon request

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not liable for:

lost profits
indirect or consequential damages
third-party actions (banks, payment providers, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days.
